Introducing the New Rental Offers & Bids Section

One Unified View to Track, Bid, and Win More Rentals—All in One Place

This update has been designed with hosts in mind, offering a cleaner, more intuitive way to manage rental opportunities on Sinistar. With a streamlined interface and enhanced organization, you’ll spend less time clicking around—and more time responding to the right opportunities. Here’s what you can expect:

Merged Offers & Quotes in One Place

We’ve combined the previous “Rental Offers” and “Quotes” views into a single section called Rental Offers & Bids. Everything you need is now on one page—whether you’re responding to a new offer or tracking a quote you submitted.

Simplified Tab Navigation

Two clear tabs separate your work:

• Active Offers shows all current rental opportunities still in progress.

• Submitted Bids lets you track the outcome of the quotes you’ve sent—whether they’re still in review, selected, or not chosen.

Smart Filters for Every Scenario

Quick filters in each tab help you zero in on what matters.

• In Active Offers, view open offers, bids in progress, or listings you marked as not interested.

• In Submitted Bids, check on won, lost, cancelled, or in-progress submissions.

Redesigned Offer Cards & Tables

Visual clarity was a top priority:

• In Active Offers, cards now highlight key info like offer number, insurer, dates, guest breakdown, and your last action.

• A new card header gives you context at a glance—such as how many hosts placed a bid, or whether your bid is still under review.

• In Submitted Bids, a clean table layout makes it easy to scan through your bidding history at a glance
