Creating a listing is free, and you only pay when you earn. The fee is deducted from your rental payments before taxes and covers platform operations, 24/7 customer support, secure payment processing, and listing management tools.

Payments are sent via direct deposit to your bank account. You'll receive payment 10–14 business days after check-in for short stays (under 30 days), or monthly for longer stays.
