Introducing the New Host Dashboard

A simplified, action-focused experience to manage your offers, rentals, and listings with ease.

We’re excited to announce the launch of the newly redesigned Host Dashboard on Sinistar. This refreshed experience gives hosts a clearer, more intuitive way to manage listings, rental offers, and stays—all in one streamlined space. The updated dashboard focuses on simplifying navigation, highlighting key actions, and making critical information easy to find.

Here’s what you can expect in this release:

A More Focused Dashboard Experience

The new dashboard puts the most important information front and center. Hosts now land directly on the Available Offers page by default, or the Listings page if no listings exist. The layout reduces clutter, removes overlapping sections, and organizes key actions in a logical way, helping hosts quickly see what requires attention without extra clicks.

Dedicated Rentals Page

A dedicated Rentals page makes it easy to track all stays in one place. Rentals are organized into Upcoming, In Progress, and Completed tabs, with clear visibility into dates, occupants, and total earnings. Badges highlight pending actions, such as missing move-in instructions or extension requests, so hosts always know what needs attention. Clicking a rental card opens the detailed rental page, showing payments, insured information, reviews, and damage reporting options.

Cleaner Navigation

Navigation has been redesigned for clarity and ease of use. The main tabs—Offers, Rentals, and Listings—are accessible via a toggle menu, and the host avatar menu now includes Dashboard, Profile & Settings, Language, and Sign Out. Switching tabs updates the content instantly, so hosts can move between sections smoothly without losing context.

Enhanced Interactions & Modals

Dynamic badges, overlays, and modals make it easier to complete critical tasks. Hosts can approve extension requests, submit move-in instructions, and view detailed earnings breakdowns directly within the dashboard. All updates happen in real time, ensuring that badges, payments, and rental details always reflect the latest information.
