Sinistar connects hosts with a specialized rental market focused on insurance-based housing. As a host, you benefit from:

Visit the Become a host page and click "Become a host" (or click the menu icon in the top right and select "Create an account").
Complete the sign-up form
Click “Create an account”
Creating a listing only takes a few minutes. You’ll be asked to:
Confirm your property’s location
Select the included amenities
Upload at least
Please include at least one photo of each bedroom and bathroom
Write a short description
Submit your listing
A Sinistar agent will review your listing to ensure it meets our quality standards.
Approval typically takes up to 2 business days, and you’ll be notified by email once it’s complete.
When a policyholder or claims adjuster submits a request, you’ll receive an email notification.
You can then choose to accept or decline the request.
If you accept a request, you'll be asked to submit a rental price (this is your bid).
An agent reviews all bids and shares the best option with the policyholder. You’ll be notified promptly if your bid is selected.
Once your quote is accepted, the policyholder must sign a rental agreement outlining the rental terms.
The booking is confirmed as soon as the agreement is signed.
Help ensure a smooth check-in by sharing:
Property access details (keys, lockbox, access code, etc.)
Parking or arrival instructions
Wi-Fi network name and password
It’s move-in day! Payment is issued 10–14 business days after guest arrival.
