Not at all! We don’t require any out-of-pocket deposits or fees.
Our hosts are people who offer furnished and equipped accommodation. When you submit a request, those who match your criteria will be solicited for a quote. We also verify the accommodation and the identity of our hosts before sending offers for your approval, as the insured’s safety is always our number one priority.
As soon as your request is received, work starts. In less than an hour, an agent from our team will reach out to you to propose the best value options.
Sinistar is your single payment entity for all your relocation files. Once the rental contract is signed, we will send you the billing invoice based on the price and duration of the stay. You can choose to pay either all at once or on a monthly basis. We also account for rent and deductible if applicable.
Absolutely, and as many times as necessary! We will send you an email asking if an extension is needed some time before the end of the scheduled rental period. You can simply indicate the new departure date, and we will confirm the housing availability with the host. If the place is available for the requested dates, the insured can continue the stay and we will update the billing invoice. If not, we will suggest another that matches your criteria. Alternatively, you can always contact your Sinistar agent directly and let them know anytime.
25,000+ fully furnished accommodations provided by hosts on Sinistar platform are ready to welcome displaced families.
