Entry instructions explain to disaster victims where to find your accommodation and how to access it. They also include information on how to settle in. You must send your entry instructions as soon as possible once the accommodation contract has been signed.
Send your entry instructions several hours before your guests arrive. Good communication is key to make sure that everything goes smoothly.
Sinistar e-mails you a link to the entry instructions form. Simply answer a few questions before clicking “Submit”, and you’re done!
Here is the information you are asked for:
Indicate the apartment number, if there is one.
Choose from the following options:
A description of each of these items is provided in the form.
If an access code is required to enter the accommodation, specify it.
If necessary, provide additional information to facilitate the arrival of guests.
At the end of the form, you are given the contact details of the disaster victims. Use them to agree on an arrival time if you are greeting them in person.
