Equip your accommodation with a fire extinguisher and fire alarm with batteries. If your accommodation has sources of carbon monoxide, install an alarm. Check that everything works before each new rental.
Not only can this equipment save lives, some policyholders have lost everything due to a fire. So it's absolutely essential to provide all the security features required to make policyholders feel safe in their accommodation.
