Where are the prices of the accommodations?

You’ve searched for an accommodation on Sinistar.ca, viewed an ad and are charmed by it. But... where are the prices?

At Sinistar, we do things a little differently. Instead of posting prices on the ads, we ask hosts whose accommodations meet your criteria to submit a quote. This takes into account the dates of your relocation and your specific needs.

Once we’ve received the quotes, a Sinistar agent will present you with the one that offers the best value. This way, we can make you a competitive offer that suits your needs.

To request a quote:

  1. Go to the Sinistar home page.
  2. At the bottom of the page, click “Get a quote.”
  3. Fill out the quote request form.

Are there any hidden costs?

No. The proposed price in a quote and in your rental agreement includes all fees and charges:

  • Heating and electricity
  • High-speed Internet
  • Housekeeping or other fixed costs
  • Sinistar service fees

That means no surprises! The indicated price is the price you pay.
