1. Housing reservation
Contact us in order to find out if the housing that interests you is available. We will then inform you of the availability of the housing and its rental conditions (price, reservation deposit, security deposit and the possibility to have animals with an extra fee)
One of our representatives will welcome you into your housing. Upon your arrival, you will sign the rental agreement (A sheet of different rules that the tenant agrees to respect and also a confirmation on the liability for material damage).
Your personal properties and values are not covered by this insurance. Therefore, we ask you to insure your civil liability as well as that of the people who travel with you, and also to insure all the luggage, property and values of each against loss or theft.
You must notify us 30 days before your departure. You will take possession of an apartment in which the cleaning will have been done and will be done again after your departure. However, we ask you to leave the place clean. A maintenance fee of 45$ per hour may be requested if the apartment is not returned to its original condition:
- The apartment must be clean (dust and floors)
- The sheets and towels used must be removed
- Refrigerator and pantry must be emptied of any eaten food
- The oven, fridge and microwave must be cleaned
- The garbage cans must be emptied.
